How To Participate
At least 88,000 surveys will be mailed to randomly selected households in West Virginia starting October 2023. If you are selected to participate, you will receive an invitation with a choice on how you would like to complete the survey: online, by mail, or by phone. The survey should only take 30 minutes to complete and survey participants will be compensated for their time.
